By accessing or using the iltoise website or platform (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your order. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, and content provided by iltoise, are owned by iltoise and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iltoise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
