This Privacy Policy describes how iltoise, Inc. (“iltoise,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use our platform (collectively, the “Services”).
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Your name, work email, company, and anything you include when you contact us or request a demo.
- Customer data. Business records you or your users enter into the platform (orders, inventory, documents). We process this data on your behalf as described in your customer agreement and our Data Processing Addendum.
- Usage and device data. Log data, IP address, browser type, and product interactions, collected to operate and secure the Services.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security risks.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Customer Data to train third-party models.
Tenancy & isolation
Customer Data is logically isolated per tenant and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production data is restricted, logged, and granted on a least-privilege basis. See our Security & Trust page for architecture details.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Services (under contract), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. Customer Data is retained per your agreement and deleted or returned upon termination.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@iltoise.com.
